AHC has developed 37 properties with over 4,500 affordable apartments since 1975. AHC also offers services for residents and homeownership opportunities. |

AHC Acquires Columbia Pike Property
AHC has purchased Magnolia Commons, an 198-unit affordable apartment community on Columbia Pike. The property, renamed Arbor Heights, consists of eight colonial-style, three and four-story walk-up garden apartments. Renovations will begin in spring 2011. Read more.
