Description

Originally built in 1940 and purchased by AHC Inc. in 1985. Seven-acre, garden-style apartment complex has completed a substantial 24-month rehabilitation that has updated all units, including new kitchens, baths, windows, electrical, plumbing, individual hot water heaters, individual HVAC systems and new roofs. The project also added a new community center and leasing office.
