Key Boulevard

1537 - 1545 Key Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201

An aging 1940s affordable community with 41 units near the Rosslyn Metro, Key Boulevard offers a prime opportunity for smart growth redevelopment. Read more about AHC's preliminary plans to expand the number of affordable apartments.

The Jordan

801 N. Wakefield Street, Arlington, VA 22207

Located 1/4 mile from Ballston shopping district and metro, The Jordan broke ground in late 2009. The new four-story brick apartment building will include 90 new affordable apartments. Homes are expected to be ready for families in 2011. Read more.

The Macedonian

229 Shirlington Road, Arlington, VA 22206

A partnership with The Macedonian Baptist Church, The Macedonian will provide 36 new affordable apartments in the Nauck community of Arlington, VA. Financing for the project closed in December 2009. Neighbors, community members and government leaders celebrated the project's groundbreaking in June 2009. Read more.
