New CEO Announced for AHC Management LLC
Arlington, VA (November 2, 2011) ---AHC Inc. announces the appointment of James Ponder as CEO of AHC Management LLC, an Arlington, VA-based property management firm established in 2000.
Mr. Ponder, CPM, CCIM, who has more than 30 years experience in the real estate management, asset management, construction and development industries, oversees the operations of AHC Management, whose clients include a large portfolio of affordable housing communities and third-party owned properties in Virginia and Maryland.
Before joining AHC Management, Mr. Ponder held senior positions with such firms as SunTrust Bank, AIMCO and Boston Financial/Winn Residential.
AHC Management LLC is a for-profit subsidiary of AHC Inc., a nonprofit developer of affordable housing in the mid-Atlantic region.
